FIFA and the Local Organising Committee have officially opened registration for the Qatar 2025 FIFA Volunteer Programme, inviting residents to support the upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup and FIFA Arab Cup, set for November and December. Speaking at the 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic & Sports Museum, organisers announced that they plan to recruit around 4,000 volunteers for 30 roles across 20 departments, from media operations to hospitality.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, fluent in English, and available throughout the event, with no prior experience required. Benefits include official training, uniforms, meals, transport, memorabilia, and a chance to gain valuable experience. Registration is open for two weeks, with interviews set to begin in June at Lusail Stadium.
